I could not be more pleased with the product sample. It was well packaged, shipped timely, and is of the design and quality described. I am really impressed with the frame profile, thermal break insulation, and glazing. Janice was phenomenal to work with. Super responsive. She was the first to provide an actual quote, out of 11 or 12 companies responding to the RFQ. Unlike most other companies, she quoted the exact specified product from the beginning, and actually had shipped the sample before other companies had even provided a quotation. I can't recommend Penjoy windows, yet. Only because I haven't installed a house full of windows and doors, (although I have no doubt that it will be great), but I can recommend 100% that others should consider starting the process with Penjoy and Janice.
